The Coronavirus pandemic is not only impacting personal health but also business as well as social circumstances. We all have a responsibility to help each other during this dynamic and fluid crisis.
TEK is committed to preserving the safety and well-being of our teammates and partners. Over the past several days we have taken steps to help mitigate the rapid spread of COVID-19, both internally at TEK and externally with our partners. We have banned all non-essential travel. We are communicating daily with partners requiring deliveries as to their respective procedures and requirements. We have cancelled all audits and customers visits to TEK, unless the situation is deemed urgent by the client. Our team is following CDC and WHO guidelines pertaining to social distancing, hygiene practices and the consumption of daily fluids to help mitigate the spread.
As a key service partner, we will continue to do everything in our power to maintain business continuity and support our customer during these challenging times.
We have initiated social distancing within departments at TEK as well as developed protocols for communicating internally without jeopardizing teammates. Contingency plans are in place to work remotely as well as mange shipments with limited staffing if the current situation expands to that point.
